Bits of fitness

Yesterday's to and from the bus included:
A brisk morning 0.5 mile in 3:48 (7:40 pace)
0.3 in 2:29 to beat the bus to work
A 0.14 mile sprint to the bus (it was really a downpour!)
0.4 back up the hill to home.
1.34 total. I noticed that I didn't really feel winded.

13 consecutive pull-ups PR on Tuesday.
